For these insurance carriers, we will file the claim and accept assignment for covered services. The patient is responsible for the copay, deductible and non-covered services and materials.

Non- Participating Insurance

As a Courtesy to our patients, we can file most claims electronically for you even if we do not participate in your insurance plan. You are responsible for the entire bill and we ask that you pay your bill in full. However, if you desire we will submit the claim for you. If payment is received we will refund the payment to you. Our office reviews accounts each month and automatically reviews any account which shows that a patient is owed money. We send these checks out once a month.
