Developmental eye care for children and adults with special needs: This examination is extremely useful for those with learning disabilities, dyslexia and multiple developmental delays. Many children (and adults) do not have the abilities necessary to see efficiently and accurately enough to be effective students. The developmental eye examination is like no other exam. We don’t ask can you see?, we ask how do you see? The answers we obtain can be extremely valuable. Find out more on our developmental page.

Prescription and dispensing of eyeglasses: Our opticians do it all! With over 50 years of experience between them, they are professionals who can provide you with the finest in classic and creative eyewear and accessories.
Education regarding vision and development: We regularly provide lectures in the office during the school year to assist you in understanding the common problems associated with visual development and how they may impact development of reading and academic skills. There is no fee to attend the lecture.
Nursing home, long term care facility and home care: A principal part of our mission is to make access to eye care available to all members of our community, including those who cannot come into our office. We currently visit fifteen local facilities, providing full-scope eye care.

Our doctors are available to give lectures on vision, eye diseases, current treatments and developmental vision disorders.
